Brittney Grimes has a passion for people. She loves helping others realize how important it is to commit to their health, assisting in productive goal setting in a creative and fun way. She also has a passion for kinesiology and human anatomy. In college, she overcame full reconstructive knee surgery to compete and medal in all national track and cross country competitions. She has trained over 200 clients in the last 2 years with goals varying from weight loss and body composition training to weight training, physique training, athletic training, running, post injury, restricted movement, and joint care.

Marnie has been involved in athletics her whole life and spent 3 years on Creighton University’s rowing team. After graduating, Marnie became a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine and started personal training at a corporate gym. She has trained over 7,000 personal training sessions over a span of 5 years. She loves the opportunity that training provides to share her passion of fitness and healthy living with a diverse group of people.
